Religious Sisters Suppressed After Vatican Intervention for “Being Too Traditional”: Conservative Bishop Earl K. Fernandes of Columbus has suppressed the Children of Mary, a traditional community of religious sisters (canonically, a public association of the faithful) based in Newark, Ohio. In his August 10 letter, Fernandes cites fairly general problems with formation and communal life, as well as concerns about the proper separation of the internal and external forum. He says that Rome’s Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life informed him that the community would never be approved as an institute of diocesan right. But there’s another side: Anthony Stine, citing an anonymous source close to the community, claims that the underlying issue was that the sisters’ formation and catechesis were regarded as too traditional.

Slovak pro-LGBT Catholic priest Adam Štefanec, 29, of the Diocese of Žilina said in an August 12 video that he does not like the word “God.” Rev. Štefanec believes that the term had accumulated so many associations that it no longer speaks to people today. “I try to find words that are universal,” he said, naming “humanity” as a universal value. Asked what Christ wants from people, Rev. Štefanec said the answer is “different for everyone,” different in every age, and “constantly changing.” Previously, Rev. Štefanec has supported homosex civil partnerships and said that homosexuality is not a sin.

"For me, the Church is synodal," said Bishop Heiner Wilmer, 65, in an interview with Kirche-Und-Leben.de on 21 August. He is the chairman of the German Bishops’ Conference. In March 2026, Pope Leo XIV promoted the pro-homosexual bishop to Münster, the largest diocese in Germany. Monsignor Wilmer said that synodality is "deeply rooted" in Münster diocese. He added that he was looking forward to "the common journey with many baptised people, but also internationally, ecumenically, and with our Jewish and Muslim brothers and sisters". Grateful for Lay Preaching When asked about lay preaching during Eucharists, Bishop Wilmer admitted that he there are "many" baptised women and men who had been engaging with this issue for years, and that a culture had developed around it. Wilmer has "great respect for this established tradition" and is "deeply grateful" for it. He is "convinced that the wonderful pastoral workers will find a good way to deal with the circumstances” - taking about the Vatican's …Көбірек

Monsignor Anthony Spinosa, 75, a Maronite Catholic priest, has been accused of engaging in a public homosexual act with registered sex offender Kenneth Kopp, 54, at Perkins Park in Warren, Ohio, according to Wfmj.com. Spinosa had served since 2002 as rector of the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in North Jackson. He was elevated to the rank of "Chorbishop" (prelate) in 2016. On Thursday, he was relieved of his ministerial assignment. The allegations stem from July 31, when a couple walking their dog told police they saw Kopp on his knees allegedly performing a homosex act on Spinosa, who was smoking a cigar. They further alleged that one of the men invited them to join in and offered to let them watch for payment. According to the police report, the incident occurred "in broad daylight," about 100 meters from a playground where children were present. Police subsequently found Kopp in a Honda Civic near a black rug and pink boots. A search of the vehicle uncovered wigs …Көбірек

The University of Notre Dame's McGrath Institute for Church Life has published on July 17 a report containing twelve proposals for assessing candidates for the priesthood. Entitled, "Do You Know Them to Be Worthy?", the file was written by Father Thomas V. Berg and psychologist Timothy G. Lock. The report draws on research commissioned from the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) and a consultation held at Notre Dame in September 2025. The proposals concern psychological assessment, candidates with particular psychological or developmental conditions, and formation for chastity and celibacy. It addresses candidates with conditions including ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder and autism spectrum disorder. On homosexual attraction, the Notre Dame authors note that a pause in formation may "more often than not" lead to a decision not to advance a candidate toward ordination. The authors think the pause is needed to assess four things: - how the man understands his identity; …Көбірек
St. Bridget was told by the Lord that bad priests are not truly His priests, but true betrayesr, worse than Judas in some ways, because they sell Christ after He has already redeemed the world. They handle the sacred Host while living in lust, greed, and double lives, then return to sin with firm intention. The priesthood is the greatest dignity on earth, but also carries the strictest judgment (James 3:1).

This morning, Pope Leo XIV arrived in San Marino, where he was received by the Captains Regent, Alice Mina and Vladimiro Selva, as the Republic and the Holy See mark 100 years of diplomatic relations. At the Basilica of San Marino, he venerated the relics of St. Marinus, the country’s patron saint. He will then continue to Rimini for the Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples, stopping along the way at the Augustinian nuns’ monastery in Pennabilli.

On August 7, around 100 Freemasons from different obediences gathered at the Col de Vergio in Corsica, France, nearly 1,500 metres above sea level, for a summer lunch. Among those attending was Cardinal François Bustillo, Bishop of Ajaccio. According to LeCanardEnchaine.fr (August 18), the Cardinal spoke at length about “peace”. The Cardinal is one of the rising stars of the French episcopate. Seated beside him was Jean-Félix Acquaviva, the former autonomist MP currently under investigation for alleged passive corruption (offering positions to young women in exchange for sexual favours). Acquaviva has denied the allegations. #newsAoonddakbb
Dear Son, A good woman can multiply what you bring into a relationship; the wrong partner can slowly drain it away. Son, there’s something I want you to understand before you choose the person you’ll build your life with: relationships magnify what already exists between two people. Love can grow. Peace can deepen. Dreams can become shared goals. But resentment, selfishness, and disrespect can grow just as quickly. That’s why character matters far more than appearance, charm, or first impressions. 1. A good woman multiplies your effort You give her a house, and together you make it feel like home. You bring groceries through the door, and somehow an ordinary dinner becomes a place where people laugh, talk, and reconnect. You share a dream with her, and instead of dismissing it, she helps you turn it into something real. The right woman doesn’t simply take from what you build. She contributes her own strength, ideas, work, and love. But with the wrong person, the same opportunities can …Көбірек
Francesco Capozza of IlTempo.it, who lives in a homosexual civil union, has reported that a group of conservative cardinals met at Cardinal Burke’s residence before the 2025 conclave and decided to block Pietro Parolin and shift a bloc of roughly 20–25 votes toward Robert Francis Prevost. Pro-homosexual Marco Felipe Perfetti counters on SilereNonPossum.it that Capozza’s conclave reconstructions are “fanciful.” He points to a record of Capozza claims subsequently contradicted by reality: the anticipated appointment of Di Tolve to Chioggia, expectations surrounding Pietro Parolin’s election as pope, and an alleged rupture in relations between the Holy See and France supposedly caused by Leo XIV’s hostility toward Emmanuel Macron - “all nonsense reported by Capozza and promptly disproved by the facts”.
Mud and filth of satan: filthy Silere (Prevost's disinformation channel regularly present on GTV) reports from a sodomite about Burke helping to elect the false prophet Prevost in an apparent attempt to block another false prophet. Disgusting, don't trust Prevost's disinformation channel.
After a Scholar’s Awful Death, Mistaken Calls for Censorship - A Rush to Pin a Sad Death on the Media Aug. 17, 2026 nytimes.com/…pinion/jason-arday-cambridge-plagiar… By Michelle Goldberg Opinion Columnist Last year, Jack Grove, a reporter for Times Higher Education, a British magazine, was preparing an article about plagiarism allegations against the star academic Jason Arday. It would have been a big story because Arday, who in 2023 became Cambridge’s youngest-ever Black professor, was a minor celebrity, thanks in part to his seemingly extraordinary biography. Among other things, Arday said that he’d gotten his Ph.D. despite severe autism that left him nonverbal until he was 11 and unable to read until he was 18. He’d claimed to have run 600 miles in six days, which would have made him one of the world’s most accomplished ultramarathoners. Grove sent Arday three emails with questions about both his work and his history. Arday responded by hiring one of Britain’s leading defamation …Көбірек
From Remnant: "Unfortunately, this torture has continued with Leo XIV"
As Pentin wrote, Francis’s hostile occupation of the papacy was like torture for many serious Catholics. Unfortunately, this torture has continued with Leo XIV, even if the man in white looks somewhat more pious when operating the “waterboard.”
To paraphrase what a very holy priest said, We are living in a perpetual nightmare, and when we wake up, the nightmare is still with us and won't go away.
