Holy Land becomes 'Christian Disneyland' - Jerusalem Abbot

Christians of all denominations now make up less than two per cent of the population of the Holy Land, Benedictine Abbot Nikodemus Schnabel told Aid to the Church in Need on 29 April.
“My concern is that the Holy Land could become a kind of Christian Disneyland,” he said.
He warned that while the holy sites may remain, the region could lose its indigenous Christian communities, leaving places central to Christianity without ordinary Christian family life.
He said that economic hardship was a major driver of emigration and noted that many local Christians depended on tourism, which had struggled since 2019 due to the pandemic and regional conflict.
“People are leaving because they see no future,” he said.

Müller After Attack: "Leo XIV Not Elected for Financial Reasons"

In his book Popes, Dollars, and War, Italian journalist Massimo Franco claims that Leo XIV was elected, in part, to help bring American donors and dollars back to the Vatican.
Franco found an anonymous cardinal who said that "the combination of doctrine and dollars won".
And: "The American bishops were tired of being criticised [under Francis] and decided to make themselves heard [...] The new incentive is money, first used against Francis and then in the conclave to elect Prevost."
During the pre-conclave meetings, Japanese cardinal Tarcisio Kikuchi said: "Are politics involved in the Conclave? No, I don’t think so. But maybe money."
Cardinal Reinhard Marx dedicated a full day of the pre-conclave discussion to the Holy See’s finances. Cardinal Müller responded back then, "Enough! We have to elect the successor of Peter, not Judas!"
At a book presentation in Rome on 27 April, Cardinal Gerhard Müller rejected the hypothesis that money played a role in Leo XIV’s election with an outright …थप

As talks are making progress with Pakistan’s gracious effort, the U.S. should be wary of being dragged back into quagmire by ill-wishers. So should the UAE. Project Freedom is Project Deadlock.

Marcus Aurelius, the Roman Emperor, faced the unimaginable: he buried several of his own children. Yet, despite his position and his power, he refused to let grief turn him into a slave to attachment.
In his Meditations, he left us a compass for the soul:
"Never say of anything, 'I have lost it,' but rather, 'I have returned it.'"
And that phrase? It doesn’t just belong to him.
It belongs to everyone who has ever truly loved.
It belongs to those who have had to let go… even when every fiber of their being wanted to hold on.
Sometimes, life snatches away people, places, and moments. It leaves you with an aching heart and empty, open hands.
But right there—in that exact moment—you have a choice.
You can resist and let the weight break you.
Or you can release and breathe.
You didn't lose it.
You returned it.
Because nothing belongs to us forever…
Except for one thing: the way we choose to move forward.
Letting go isn't always about loss.
Sometimes…
It’s about finding your way back to …थप

That is not true though! He didn't return it and lies are spells that, if believed, cause us to live in a virtual reality. If he was honest and sensible he would have said "Never say of anything, 'I have lost it,' but rather, I accept the loss. If he was a man of God he would have said. "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord! Instead he abuses his mind with a lie. He was not the source of action that precipitated the loss.

National March for Life 2026 and Catholic Education Week: another missed opportunity

The National March for Life 2026 and Catholic Education is another missed opportunity to witness to Canadians that Catholics stand for life. We could publicly show others that our parishes, schools and Catholic hospitals defend and promote a culture of life.
This year's theme for the
National March for Life is “Follow Me.” The message comes from, Matthew 4: 19-20, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.’ Immediately they left their nets and followed."
Toronto’s Cardinal Frank Leo this week issued a message for Catholic Education Week, May 3-8. He writes:
My hope is that everyone who comes into contact with our schools is lifted up and inspired by our witness in such a way that our schools become aspirational places for those who seek to know and live the truth and love of God. We must also remain attentive to the ideas and influences around us — especially those that can misrepresent our Catholic faith and the teachings of the Church.
Yes, we must be people who witness and …

The Medical-Industrial Complex Is Attempting To Buy Off Dr. William Makis Because The Inexpensive & Repurposed Holy Grail Cancer Cure In Plain Sight WORKS

Dr. Makis, a Canadian oncologist using repurposed and benign compounds like Fenbendazole and Ivermectin to successfully cure cancer far better than any legacy “treatments” like chemotherapy or Keytruda, is now being offered highly paid positions by BigPharma-controlled hospitals.
The Canadian government harassed Dr, Makis with lawfare, froze his bank accounts and then suspended his medical license, so the good doctor struck a deal with the State of Florida to open a cancer clinic sometime later this year, which will further threaten and ultimately make the traditional cancer disease model completely obsolete.
BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an “Executive Director” position for up to $400k 😄

For I hate divorce,

Divorce is so grave that even the judge who applies it commits a mortal sin
Every divorce, among living Christians, since it implies the dissolution of the conjugal bond legitimately contracted and confirmed, is nothing other than a grave attempt, if not against the natural law (which the Scholastics dispute among themselves), at least against the positive written divine law, as the Holy Council of Trent …थप
